Wish upon a food truck festival to benefit @makeawishphl come out and join us in Hershey!
Coming up on my first anniversary with Craley girl the food truck, and to say it’s been a whirlwind is an understatement. I am extremely grateful for so many things, and so many people. Although we think we know what our path in life might be, that’s when you get that curve ball thrown at you. On the 4th of July we were at the taste of independence food truck festival in Harrisburg pa. With the help of my awesome staff, “We Kilt it!” Served over 450 people, and sold out right before it ended. Thanks to all who came out and supported us. I could not have done this much, in such little time, without my staff, family, and my awesome food truck from #heatcustom. Also want to thank my family and friends who saw my potential and helped me soldier through some dark times. Life is good!
So, spent 2 1/2 hours picking up appliances for @jakesitler today. Then I find out he is hosting a @superbowl53parties with @runbecca and @brandonboyer. So, hold my beer, I got this.
Everyone should have a hand in what they eat. Wether it be that they sorted through the stack of chicken at your local grocery store to find the best looking chicken, to harvesting your own venison for almost Paleo venison tacos, (Sorry, I love me some black beans and rice). to cooking your loved ones supper every night.
Taking pride in harvesting your own food is never something someone should be ashamed of. Happy I live in a country that gives me that opportunity. #publiclandowner #bornandraisedoutdoors #ihunt#heavyseasbeer#melindashotsauce
Nothing says enjoy, like venison you harvested yourself, macaroni and cheese you made yourself, and beer that is in your backyard! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I have been truly blessed!
